ACTIV is engaged in many projects around Vanuatu. Some of our partners are the Australian Centre for International Agriculture Research (ACIAR), the University of Adelaide and the governments of Australia, Canada and France.

Community EmpowermentACTIV supports local producers of handicrafts, spices, carvings and much more to access local and international markets and receive a fair price for their products. We help disadvantaged members and communities to realise production opportunities and facilitate skills exchange workshops in order to diversify skill-sets. Click to learn more.

"Biogas assisted solar dryer"
The project funded by the Canada Funds for the Local Initiatives aims to develop a trial project of biogas assisted solar dryer to dry fruits, nuts and cocoa and produce fruits jam.
